What are the key skills that are being called for as we seek to address the long-term challenges and opportunities for climate adaptation practitioners. In the words of the late Ojibway elder Richard Wagamese, \u201cI no longer want to be resilient. I don\u2019t want to simply bounce back from things that hurt me or cause me pain. Bouncing back means returning to where I stood before. Instead, I want to go beyond the hurts and the darkness\u2026. Now I reach for beyond every day, in every encounter, in every circumstance.\u201d (2016, p. 108). What supports and resources will you use to cultivate resilience and sustainability for yourself and your leadership practice as you pursue this important work. What is the story of hope and inspiration that you are sharing?
