The MACAL Climate Action Leadership Summit for 2024 will include a Student Poster Session (week of November 18th, specific time and date TBD) and a 2-day Societal Impact Accelerator (dates tbd – check schedule for time) co-facilitated by MACAL and Solvable<\/a>, and a short webinar series. The Accelerator provides an opportunity to see outside of the dominant paradigm in which we live and work to explore opportunities for accelerating transformative change. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Regenerar is a three-part documentary film that investigates the relationship between colonial modernity and the climate emergency through three lenses: Death, Dream and Life.The documentary, This documentary will form the basis for a series of activities (collective and individual) and dialogues designed to open participants up to different ways of seeing and knowing and ideating alternative futures for our organizations, institutions, communities and society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n During the Summit activities (webinars, poster session, Accelerator), you and your peers, along with other from the RRU community and beyond will share and discuss aspects of transformative climate action leadership, and possibilities for a more just, equitable, sustainable and enriching future.
