The RRU-DBA is an applied research-based and practice-oriented program designed for professionals like you who want to roll up their sleeves and tackle real-life management issues and contribute to the advancement of management research and practice. You, as a leader in your field, will have the opportunity to scrutinize the key assumptions that underpin dominant management theories and practice through rigorous and systematic research.<\/p>\n

Royal Roads is a research-intensive public university with a mandate to solely offer applied and professional programming. The DBA program extends two decades of successful institutional experience in delivering blended programs; a delivery model that allows you to complete your doctoral research without the need to pause your professional career.<\/p>\n

The DBA program at RRU is unique to Canada as it responds to the changing landscape of doctoral education with a hybrid design combining the strengths of a professional doctorate with the rigours of a traditional Ph.D. Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your qualities as a critical thinker, responsible leader and change agent, supported by a team of faculty who are committed to your success.<\/p>\n
