Reilly believes that integrating cutting-edge technology with a people-focused approach is essential to drive operational performance and achieve scalable, sustainable solutions.<\/p>\n<p>With extensive experience in IT infrastructure, Reilly has led major initiatives in infrastructure surveillance services, virtualization architecture, province-wide remote access systems, and large-scale platform engineering. Recognized for technical leadership, James has received accolades, including the Dean\u2019s Award and Technology Achievement Award from BCIT.<\/p>\n<p>His research interests focus on human-AI collaboration, performance optimization in IT infrastructure problem-solving, and the integration of AIOps solutions into complex workflows. Reilly is currently investigating the key factors that impact performance in these collaborative problem-solving activities.
