Sola\u00a0Osundiya is an operations and asset management leader with about two decades of experience across the oil and gas and mining industries. His career began in frontline production and maintenance roles with Shell Nigeria, where he developed his technical foundation, before transitioning into the mining sector and progressing into technical and leadership positions. He currently leads operational readiness for a major underground mining capital project in Canada, where he is responsible for ensuring people, systems, and assets are fully prepared for a safe and effective transition into operations. <\/span><\/p>\n

Osundiya blends deep field experience with strategic leadership, with a strong interest in how organizations anticipate, adopt, and sustain operational change. He is the co-founder of Autograph Global Services, a grooming and personal care business in Nigeria, where he applies business strategy and systems thinking to drive performance and deliver value. <\/span><\/p>\n

He holds an MSc in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Africa.
