Brenna Bonn

Brenna Bonn is an Inspector with the Waterloo Regional Police Service in Ontario currently assigned to Neighbourhood Policing overseeing a frontline patrol division. Brenna has been a police officer for 28 years and has participated in a wide range of policing including Criminal Intelligence, Drugs & Firearms, Community Oriented Response, Court Services and Frontline Patrol. She holds a Master of Public Safety with a focus on Countering Crime. She volunteers with the Reach For It Program and participates as a member of the FASD Action Group and Advisory Committee. In her doctoral studies, she hopes to examine interactions of police officers with neurodiverse individuals to potentially decrease the overrepresentation of individuals with FASD incarcerated. She has been married for 26 years and has a 23 year old daughter completing her PhD at Western University in Microbiology and Immunology. She is currently a second year DSocSci student.
