I have worked at Computronix for almost 30 years. With about 225 employees in Edmonton and Denver, Computronix provides regulatory software for government. We specialize in software for land management (like building planning and permitting), and alcohol, cannabis, and gaming regulation. These projects often take 2 to 3 years and millions of dollars to implement, and often support changes to regulations and the organizational structure. Without broad based organizational support, these projects are at risk.<\/p>\n

I am Emmanuel Ndumu a current student of Royal Roads University studying Doctorate in Social Sciences. I addresses myself as he,him and I am married and a father of three children a girl and two boys. I am the Executive Director at InnerVisions Recovery Society & Hannah House Treatment for Women, a non-profit in-patient addictions treatment program. I specialize in abstinence-based recovery and social models of treatment. My organization operates over 100 treatment beds, and over 30 transitional housing beds.<\/p>\n

I am currently the Director of Indigenous Policing Programs with the Policing and Security Branch, Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General of British Columbia. In my role, I oversee the implementation and administration of the First Nations and Inuit Policing Program in British Columbia, which provides both enhanced and self-administered policing services to signatory Indigenous communities in the province.<\/p>\n
