I am a professional organizational change and leadership development consultant to public and private sector organizations in Canada. I bring extensive experience developing and implementing people strategies as part of large-scale change programs supporting technology, leadership, process change, and learning systems transformation. I have designed, developed, and delivered highly complex programs to build organizational capacity for the sustainable adoption of change.<\/p>\n

I hold an M.A., Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University – Healthcare Thesis (2007) a Graduate Certificate in Career Development from Royal Roads University (2003), and I am a Prosci Change Management Certified Practitioner (2020).<\/p>\n

My research, informed by Feenberg\u2019s Critical Theory of Technology, critiques the barriers to health equity in Generative AI (large language model)\u2013integrated care settings within a Canadian healthcare context, and explores the role of health leaders in mitigating these barriers. This transdisciplinary research is of significant social and scholarly relevance, as the rapid integration of GenAI into clinical care is reshaping healthcare delivery and decision-making in Canada, with important implications for health equity across diverse including marginalized populations.<\/p>\n
