Government in a quality management unit. In this role, I support a process of external systemic quality improvement by conducting inspections of Provincial Correctional Centres, ensuring adherence to regulation, procedure, and policy. I am a graduate of the Master of Arts in Leadership program with Royal Roads University (2022) and I volunteer as the Vice President of the Vancouver Island Association of Women Police (VIAWP). Previously, I was a police Constable on Vancouver Island, during this time, served as the police co-chair of the Greater Victoria Police Diversity Advisory Committee (GVPDAC).<\/p>\n<p>Currently, my primary research interest is how the work experiences of female police officers intersects with the police culture.
