\u200bI am a professional with several years of hands-on practical experience in diverse fields across the public, private, and energy sectors. I have extensive expertise in resource governance, and conducting multidisciplinary environmental studies, adept at using quantitative and qualitative research methods, applying sound judgment, and conceptual-thinking approaches to problem-solving. I am a competent project manager with great data analytics and modeling, leadership aptitude, and I sit on the board of Project Management Institute North Saskatchewan as Vice President Member Services. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, two Master of Science degrees in Natural Resources and Environmental Management, and a Master of Science in Environmental Practice (2021) from Royal Roads University, with several Certifications including Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) by NEBOSH-UK, and Environmental Professional (EPt) by ECO Canada. Currently, I work as a Senior Policy Analyst for the Government of Manitoba, providing policy analysis and advice on capital projects, planning and delivery, and leading innovative change initiatives including green construction.\u00a0<\/p>\n

My Doctorate research will look at the \u201cTheory and Practice of Regenerative Sustainability Approach in Tackling Climate Change – Community Resilience in Focus\u201d.
