Winnie Ho is a Senior User Experience Designer at OXD, a Vancouver-based human-centred design and technology consulting firm. She has worked with clients including TransLink, The University of British Columbia, and the British Columbia Ministry of the Attorney General.

Working for over ten years as a practitioner, Winnie relies on research and data to improve the usability and utility of the experiences she designs. By understanding the goals and needs of users, she increases user enjoyment as they interact with critical services.

From conducting contextual inquiries and intercepts in the field, to considering detailed interactions at her desk, to testing prototypes in close collaboration with the end-users, Winnie remains hands-on in all aspects of the human-centred design process.
