My name is Benjamin Bigelow.
I view myself as both a manager and a leader. I manage building operational processes while leading and empowering teams to challenge what they see and how things are done. Just because it was done a certain way yesterday does not mean it needs to be done like that tomorrow.
My specialty is in analyzing building utility consumption and developing opportunities to reduce operational costs and carbon emissions. My goal is to lead climate action by making emission mitigation profitable. While systemic issues need to be resolved for lasting climate change, I believe mitigation efforts are helping create some of the time required for these meaningful conversations to occur.
