Ali (she\/her) grew up on the traditional territories of the Anishinaabe Algonquin Peoples near Ottawa, ON and currently lives on the traditional territory of the Sinixt Peoples, in Nelson, BC. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
After completing an undergraduate in Music Therapy from Acadia University, she became more involved in local climate action. Working in the outdoor industry and ski industry for multiple years expanded Ali\u2019s passion for creating a safe, inclusive, and climate focused space within the outdoor community\/industry.\u00a0Upon completing the MA in Climate Action Leadership, Ali plans to continue to merge passion for mental health with climate action in her next career steps.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
