Along with the companion course, EXMN658, this course explores the complexities, challenges, and opportunities of leading a global workforce toward organizational performance and productivity goals in large multi-national conglomerates and in small-scale operations. The course will deal with recognizing and developing core competencies for leading human resources talent on a worldwide scale.
