As Senior Project Legal Manager at Arce Rojas Consultores SAS, she worked with clients such as Frontera Energy Corp, Zelestra, and Ecopetrol. Katalina is known for her ability to coordinate interdisciplinary teams and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recognized for her honesty and transparency, she has built trusting relationships with Indigenous communities and landowners, successfully reaching agreements that balance business development with environmental sustainability.
