Counselling Services<\/a>
Free, confidential counselling and support for RRU students. Students can access one-time support, or short-term ongoing counselling (usually up to five sessions). Counselling is provided in-person, over the phone, and via Skype.<\/p>\n

Employee and Family Assistance Program<\/a>
The Employee and Family Assistance Program is an employer paid benefit for eligible RRU faculty and staff and dependants. EFAP is a confidential program that includes professional counselling, information and referral services.<\/p>\n
