In January of 2022, Zoom will begin to replace Collaborate as the web conferencing tool used in Moodle. You may have some courses that will still use Collaborate, but this platform will end at Royal Roads on March 19th 2022. If you have any Collaborate recordings of team or group meetings in Moodle that you would like to keep, you should download them by March 15th 2022. If needed, these recordings can be uploaded to My Media to be shared with others.

In the future, groups or teams hosting a web conference meeting can use a Zoom license held by one of the students involved. More information will come in January about obtaining an RRU Zoom license.
