As you prepare for the holiday season, please note that most Royal Roads services and departments will close for the annual winter break from December 24 to January 2 inclusive. During this time, buildings and services will be closed, including the Registrar’s Office, Student Accounts, Computer Services and Student Services. There are exceptions to this.<\/p>\n
Please note the updated holiday hours below and follow the RRU Alerts group<\/a> for updates.<\/p>\n Campus Security- Available and on-site 24\/7 (Weather permitting).<\/p>\n Campus Welcome Desk- Closed December 23, 2022 – January 2, 2023, re-opening January 3, 2023. Visit the Campus Welcome Desk<\/a> webpage for more details.<\/p>\n Computer Services- Closed December 23 at 12:00 pm, re-opening January 3, 2023.<\/p>\n Habitat Cafe- Closed December 24, 2022- January 2, 2023. Library- Closed December 24 – January 1, re-opening January 2, 2023 from 10:00 am – 5:30 pm.Visit the Library<\/a> webpage for more details.<\/p>\n Recreation Centre- Closed December 25. The Recreation Centre is open all other days during the holiday season; stat holidays will operate with reduced hours. Visit the Recreation Centre<\/a> webpage for more details.<\/p>\n Registrar\u2019s Office- Closed December 24 and will re-open at 8:30 am on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. The last day for transcript processing and mailing is December 22. We will not be able to process confirmation of enrolment letter requests received after December 22 until after we return on January 3<\/p>\n Students can find information about campus closures, on-campus or online issues and emergencies in this newsletter and by email. Students can also stay updated through the RRU Alerts group on Facebook<\/a>, the RRU News page<\/a>, or Twitter<\/a>. Mental health supports<\/a> through community organizations, including Here2Talk<\/a>, are available throughout the holiday season.<\/p>\n Throughout this holiday break, take time and do the things you love with your friends and loved ones. As you reflect on the year that\u2019s passed and look to the new one on the horizon, we hope you find more moments of hope, optimism and joy in 2023.
