In 2019, YVR launched an annual scholarship to support women studying business in B.C. The Mary B. Jordan YVR Scholarship is available for female or female-identified students pursuing a Master’s Degree in a business-related field at a post-secondary institution in British Columbia. One recipient will receive a $20,000 scholarship for their business education.

Here are the four key pieces of information that potential applicants need to know:

  • Students must be pursuing a Master’s Degree program in a business-related field-either entering the program in Fall 2022 or continuing in a multi-year master’s program.  We will consider students pursuing a Master’s Degree on a part-time basis.
  • The application period opened on 4 April 2022.
  • Applications must be received no later than 27 May 2022.
  • Short-listed candidates will be invited for an interview with the selection committee and the successful recipient will be notified by early July.
