You may already be aware that Royal Roads provides a unique service to students that they can’t find anywhere else in Canada. Yes, that’s right, team coaching! What you may not know is who actually does this, and what exactly team coaching does to support our students. Three of our dedicated, resourceful, and wonderfully approachable team coaches are now featured in a new video.

Nooreen Shah-Preusser, Jason Oliver, and Julia Szucs teem with enthusiasm (pun intended!) as they share their passion for team-based learning and all that can be gained from engaging in team opportunities. To further entice you to give this video a click and a nod, let it be known that they also offer up their pearls of wisdom about what it takes to create, maintain, and enhance effective teams.

Through the process of making the video, these team coaches got so comfortable in front of the camera that they agreed to create video biographies! Through intimate and personal interviews, each team coach shared highlights of their life experiences and their perspectives on what it means to be a team coach at Royal Roads.
