Maryleen Enebeli
Doctoral Student
I am a professional with several years of hands-on practical experience in diverse fields across the public, private, and energy sectors. I have extensive expertise in resource governance, and conducting multidisciplinary environmental studies, adept at using quantitative and qualitative research methods, applying sound judgment, and conceptual-thinking approaches to problem-solving.

Peter Huizinga
Doctoral Student
I have worked at Computronix for almost 30 years. With about 225 employees in Edmonton and Denver, Computronix provides regulatory software for government. We specialize in software for land management (like building planning and permitting), and alcohol, cannabis, and gaming regulation. These projects often take 2 to 3 years and millions of dollars to implement, and often support changes to regulations and the organizational structure. Without broad based organizational support, these projects are at risk.

Emmanuel Ndumu
Doctoral Student
I am Emmanuel Ndumu a current student of Royal Roads University studying Doctorate in Social Sciences. I addresses myself as he,him and I am married and a father of three children a girl and two boys. I hold a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Management with a concentration in Public Policy, a Bachelor of Science in Social Work, both degrees from Bowie State University, Maryland, USA, and an Associate degree in International Studies from Prince George’s Community College Maryland USA.

I am a “senior” student, returning to complete my Doctorate after being out of the academic world for some time. I served a great many years in the Canadian Armed Forces, doing a great many things in a great many places; in short, I’ve “been there, done that”.

Sonya Singhal
Doctoral Student
I am the founder of Pamo Consulting Inc. providing professional organizational change management and leadership development services to public and private sector organizations in Canada and the US. I bring extensive experience implementing people strategies as part of large-scale change programs supporting technology, leadership and workforce development, and learning systems transformation.

Cynthia Wenn
Doctoral Student
I am Vice President of Operations, at Vanguard Emergency Management Consulting Inc. For the last thirteen years, I have provided professional services and advice to organizations on risk, emergency, and business continuity management, reimagined, designed, and delivered professional industry-specific course material, and assisted clients with all steps of exercise delivery, including leading and supporting exercise design teams, exercise design, logistics, facilitation, and evaluation.

Max Weselowski
Doctoral Student
I am the Executive Director at InnerVisions Recovery Society & Hannah House Treatment for Women, a non-profit in-patient addictions treatment program. I specialize in abstinence-based recovery and social models of treatment. My organization operates over 100 treatment beds, and over 30 transitional housing beds.
