Teacher, Mentor, and Inclusive Education Leader in Parkland School Division in Alberta. I have been an educator in Ontario and Alberta for the past 16 years, teaching alternative middle and high school programs.

I am the founding partner of The CG Group, a public affairs management consulting firm based in Toronto, established in 1982, in Toronto, Canada. I lead the strategy practice as well as issues, crisis and reputation management.

Dawn Dancing Otter

I am a settler on Lekwungen traditional territories, a mother of two adult kids ages 18 and 25, dancer, choreographer, artist, writer, scholar, educator of trauma-informed healing and ceremonial facilitation, Yogi, Somatic and Transpersonal Therapist, Leadership Consultant, social scientist, and Doctoral student.

Currently I am an Assistant Professor in the Arts and Cultural Management department at MacEwan University in the Faculty of Fine Arts and Communications. I am CEO of a boutique consulting company that collaborates with individuals, groups, institutions, and agencies to shape tools that pave the way for inclusive platforms.

Michelle Davey
Doctoral Student
Currently, I am a manager with B.C. Government in a quality management unit. In this role, I support a process of external systemic quality improvement by conducting inspections of Provincial Correctional Centres, ensuring adherence to regulation, procedure, and policy. I am a graduate of the Master of Arts in Leadership program with Royal Roads University (2022) and I volunteer as the Vice President of the Vancouver Island Association of Women Police (VIAWP).

My name is Earl Einarson. I am proudly Ktunaxa First Nations, which is situated near modern day Cranbrook, BC, and I live, work, and build community on traditional, unceded Musqueam territory, in modern day Richmond. I am a Sixties Scoop survivor.

Donnie Oulton

I currently work at the Department of National Defence (DND) in the National Security and Intelligence Review and Oversight Coordination Secretariat (NSIROCS) as a Senior Analyst. I transitioned to this position in 2022 after serving 28 years in the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).

Dan Spring
Doctoral Student
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) BC Certified Teacher working online to provide support to Autistic and neurodivergent children and adults throughout the province. I have an interdisciplinary MA from Antioch University in the social sciences with a focus on Neurodiversity.

My name is David Luoy Top, and I am a Doctor of Social Sciences Student. Originally from Sudan, now residing in Calgary, Canada. Lived in Kenya as a refugee for almost 6 years. I arrived in Canada in 1999 and have since made Calgary my home.

As a lecturer at Jiangxi Institute of Applied Science and Technology in China, I specialize in teaching the undergraduate public core course “Responsibility Dynamics.” My educational background includes obtaining a MBA from Laurentian University(2019) in Canada, and Master in Food Science from Nanchang University(2014) and Bachelor’s in Management from China Pharmaceutical University(2009) in China.
