I am a settler on Lekwungen traditional territories, a mother of two adult kids ages 18 and 25, dancer, choreographer, artist, writer, scholar, educator of trauma-informed healing and ceremonial facilitation, Yogi, Somatic and Transpersonal Therapist, Leadership Consultant,  social scientist, and Doctoral student. My passions are rewilding and relational wellness leadership practices, creative exploration, and helping humans become the leaders we need in the emerging future.

My research is in the effectiveness of ceremonies focused on acknowledging passages as mental health supportive modalities in organizations.
