Georganne Oldham

Georganne Oldham is an Organization and Leadership Development Professional, founder and principal with LeadershipMind Consulting. She works with leaders across industries and at all levels as a consultant, coach and educator. Georganne is an adjunct faculty member at Adler University and a senior faculty member in the Centre for Leadership at the Justice Institute of BC.

She is an award-winning educator and curriculum developer, an accomplished group facilitator who is skilled in helping groups and individuals grapple with the complex issues that are inevitable in dynamic, changing organizations. She is dedicated to enabling people to be the leaders they want to be in their work and their communities. Georganne’s research is focused on exploring new understandings of leadership that better support human flourishing. Georganne holds a Masters of Science in Organization Development from Central Washington University in Washington State, US.
