Robyn Cassidy

Teacher, Mentor, and Inclusive Education Leader in Parkland School Division in Alberta. I have been an educator in Ontario and Alberta for the past 16 years, teaching alternative middle and high school programs. I have a Bachelor of Arts Honours (2007), a Bachelor of Education (2008), and a specialist certificate in History from Nipissing University (North Bay, Ontario). I also obtained my Masters of Arts and Educational Leadership and Management from Royal Roads University (2021). I am also the recipient of the Doctoral Entrance and Doctoral Academic Excellence Awards from Royal Roads University. My research interest is teacher education and wellness, specifically focusing on Alternative Education teachers. My doctorate will build upon teacher wellness and efficacy in the post-Covid world in the context of the rapidly changing alternative education.
