Sonya Singhal
I am the founder of Pamo Consulting Inc. providing professional organizational change management and leadership development services to public and private sector organizations in Canada and the US. I bring extensive experience implementing people strategies as part of large-scale change programs supporting technology, leadership and workforce development, and learning systems transformation. I have designed, developed, and delivered complex programs to build organizational capacity for the adoption of change.
My doctoral research will examine how the nature of work is changing in human-AI integrated workplaces, and specifically how change leaders can enhance the knowledge workforce’s ethical adoption of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI). This transdisciplinary research problem has significant social value, as organizational pressures associated with ethical AI integration are large and threaten the future of work itself.
Personally, I enjoy being in nature near Lake Ontario in Prince Edward County or at my family cottage in the Kawartha Highlands Provincial Park. I also have roots in beautiful British Columbia and enjoy visiting when I can.
I hold an M.A., Leadership and Training from Royal Roads University (2007), a Graduate Certificate in Career Development from Royal Roads University (2003), and I am a Prosci Change Management Certified Practitioner (2020).
