Learning Outcome Assessment Criteria
Competency 2: Critical, Creative, and Transdisciplinary Thinking
2.1 Examine personal beliefs and worldview with a critical lens to develop solutions, strategies, and recommendations
  • Identify and describes own personal beliefs and worldview in theory of change and leadership plan
  • Examines critically own assumptions and biases and how those inform recommendations
  • Identifies and differentiates Western and Indigenous concepts related to climate action leadership and resilience
2.4 Apply transdisciplinary thinking to complex climate-related problems and issues
  • Applies a systems-thinking perspective
  • Explores and identifies relationships between different disciplinary perspectives and/or understanding relevant to issue, problem, and/or question
