Joanna was kind enough to point out that there is an error in the video I posted earlier describing how to assign weights to criteria for multi-criteria analysis. I inadvertently mixed up the ranked sum and rank order centroid calculations. So... What I refer to as "ranked sum" in the video is actually "rank order centroid", and vice versa. Please make sure in your report to use the correct name of the method you choose.
Apologies for the mistake, and a big thanks to Joanna for picking up the error.
