My specialization is in food literacy, environmental education, and sustainable food systems. I hold a Master of Interdisciplinary Studies from Royal Roads, advanced studies in Gastronomy from the University of Reims, and Grand Chef credentials from Le Cordon Bleu Paris, as well as Sommelier certification from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust.
I bring interdisciplinary expertise from a career directing food and events for national museums and conference centers, consulting with initiatives like Global Education and the HopeTowns Initiative, and leading ventures including Canopy Coffee, The Left Bank Bistro, French Affair Fine Food, The Main at 66, and Tiffins Café.
In my research I will explore food and ecological literacy in youth education; Cultivating Regenerative Food Citizenship on the Royal Roads University Campus Farm.
