Justice Gyan is a certified Supply Chain Logistics Management professional, CCLP – CITT designation with management experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain operations management, and distribution management. He has worked in both unionized and non-unionized organizations and held management roles at FedEx – Ground, Canada Post, Dayton Superior, Purolator, and DHL Supply Chain.

Justice holds a Master of Arts (Leadership) from University of Guelph, Guelph, Ontario (2022) and a Graduate Certificate (Human Resources Management) from Humber College, Toronto, Ontario (2008).

Gyan’s doctoral research will focus on identifying obstacles managers face in implementing skills from leadership training provided by their organizations. The objective is to help organizations put in place actions to improve organizational performance.
