The RRU-DBA is an applied research-based and practice-oriented program designed for professionals like you who want to roll up their sleeves and tackle real-life management issues and contribute to the advancement of management research and practice. Royal Roads is a research-intensive public university with a mandate to solely offer applied and professional programming. The DBA program extends two decades of successful institutional experience in delivering blended programs; a delivery model that allows you to complete your doctoral research without the need to pause your professional career.

The DBA program at RRU is unique to Canada as it responds to the changing landscape of doctoral education with a hybrid design combining the strengths of a professional doctorate with the rigours of a traditional Ph.D. Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your qualities as a critical thinker, responsible leader and change agent, supported by a team of faculty who are committed to your success.
