Adams is a Business Consultant in the Government of British Columbia. In 2022 she opened a Community Health Centre to add primary medical care to existing mental health services for the most vulnerable in her community.
Shawna’s doctoral research will investigate barriers to collaboration in and across the healthcare and business sectors. She aims to identify opportunities to improve collaboration through her research. Read more…

Bratt is an engineering superintendent for Canada’s largest container terminal operator. Pete’s focus is equipment reliability, helping organizations maximize the output and minimize the lifetime costs of their assets.

Asha Burry has thirty years of experience in human resources, business, and operations. She is currently the Canadian Human Resource Leader for a global building material company, where she heads human resources for the manufacturing, sales, pension, and benefits departments.

Christy’s doctoral research will investigate avenues for integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness and decision making within the procurement process and how AI can be used to enhance overall procurement performance. Gyan is a Supply Chain Logistics Management professional. He has worked in both unionized and non-unionized organizations and held management roles at FedEx – Ground, Canada Post, Dayton Superior, Purolator, and DHL Supply Chain.
Justice’s doctoral research will focus on identifying obstacles managers face in implementing skills from leadership training provided by their organizations. The objective is to help organizations put in place actions to improve organizational performance. Read more…

Michelle is the manager of administrative services in engineering and public works for local government. Originally working in the private sector’s manufacturing and construction industries, she applies business solutions to municipal administrative and asset management issues.

Elizabeth Nguyen is the Executive Director of Corporate Services for the Regina Police Service.
Nguyen’s doctoral research will examine diversity-related organizational change (DROC) initiatives in policing with a change management lens including a focus on how police officers are making sense (i.e. sensemaking) of DROC, how police leaders are communicating the vision of DROC (i.e. sensegiving), and what barriers or interruptions exist between these two processes (i.e. sensebreakers).
