Sariata Musah Froko is a Deputy Director, Legal at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) an Agency under the Ministry of Transport responsible for Driver and Vehicle Licensing.

Sariata’s doctoral research will examine how Public Service Governing Boards are constituted in Ghana as well as whether good governance if ascertained can lead to improvement in organizational performance. Read more…

Su-Yan is an Instructor in the Post-degree Certificate in Human Resources Management (HRM) full-time program at York University and is also the Faculty Advisor for the HRM practicum and Capstone Research project at Durham College both in Ontario, Canada.

Su-Yan’s doctoral research will explore the the impact of unionization on black women in the Canadian workplace.

Juan Navarro is a researcher, educator, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of combined experience in business, finance, economics, international trade and higher education.

Navarro’s doctoral research aims to contribute to improving the architecture of trade policy and enrich the framework of new generation trade agreements to support supply chain endurance that benefit Canadian SMEs by identifying key chapters, disciplines and clauses and proposing new content in trade deals that should be considered to tackle future supply chain disruptions. Lameck Osinde is a faculty member in the Information Systems Area Group at Ivey Business School, University of Western Ontario, where he teaches Digital transformation, Digital Essentials, Leveraging Information Technology, and Project Management. 

Lameck’s doctoral research explores the impact of introducing agility framework elements into the creation of a project charter in Technology-Enabled projects. Kim is a Supply Chain Director at TRIUMF, leading the procurement and logistics divisions for Canada’s national particle accelerator centre. She has 15 years of experience specializing in procurement, vendor management, and supply chain management.

Kim’s doctoral research will investigate the effect of skilled labour shortages on supply chains. The labour shortages will not only continue but increase in severity in the coming decade due to lack of replacement for the retiring workforce, and the widening differential between the skills the market demands, and the skills workers possess. ​Read more…
