Anuli Ausbeth-Ajagu is a Certified Human Resource Leader, Consultant, Board Director, and published author of fiction and prose.

Srini is an associate vice-president at TD Bank. As a Technology Executive, Srini has successfully led multiple large transformations within the financial services industry across Europe and North America.

Srini’s doctoral research will investigate reasons for leadership’s failure to positively impact employee engagement, despite the abundance of leadership books, blogs, classes, and leadership-development programs. David is an HR executive, leader and expert with extensive experience in innovative HR practices and legal compliance. He has worked across multiple sectors including but not limited to: manufacturing, non-profits, pulp & paper, printing, and distribution.

Amanda Davis runs her own management consulting firm providing strategic governance and executive services within public and private sectors in Canada. Davis specializes in municipal restructuring to resolve local resiliency challenges, leading public infrastructure projects, and contract negotiations. 

Davis’ doctoral research will investigate how sustainable development concepts of a circular economies and regenerative sustainability can be applied to civil infrastructure to support the resiliency of small urban and rural communities in Canada. Read more…

Nic’s doctoral research is investigating the job design of the knowledge worker post-COVID-19. This research aims to present data to higher management and leadership who are having challenges in adapting to a fully remote or hybrid workforce and is also aimed at new business who may want to set up a virtual workforce from inception. Chris’ doctoral research intention includes the investigation of the intersection of technology and strategy and how adaptations to existing strategic frameworks in the context of industry structures where the planned future is highly unpredictable, and irrational can be made.

Lisa McDonald is the Director of the Change Management Office (CMO) for the Saskatchewan Workers’ Compensation Board. For the past 12 years, Lisa has dedicated her career to leading change efforts on large, complex technology and process change projects.

Lisa’s doctoral research will investigate how change management activities can positively impact the uptake of change in application to a business transformation program.

Tade Owodunni is a corporate lawyer, corporate governance practitioner and a certified chartered tax professional and compliance and ethics specialist.

Tade’s doctoral research will examine impacts of the adoption of governance practices built around environmental, social and governance (ESG) and related business sustainability concepts on small and medium-scale enterprises operating in emerging markets. His research will examine how the adoption of governance precepts and practices by both regulated and self-governed entities can enhance their growth and long-term sustainability and how this can help stimulate wide-scale economic advancement for emerging market economies. She will investigate the knowledge gap towards understanding which key organizational and executive management theories and practices will bring a significant and sustainable impact on reducing burnout.

Sana is an accounting professional with several years of experience in teaching Financial Information for Marketing, Business Computer Applications, Microcomputer Applications in Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Accounting.

Sana’s doctoral research will investigate how artificial intelligence will impact accounting conservatism and audit quality using machine learning and python. She will investigate this by analyzing financial ratios of profitability, solvency and liquidity using python and machine learning capabilities.

She has worked in the oil and gas, financial services, professional services, and manufacturing industries in positions such as analyst, auditor, controller, project manager, financial consultant, and software instructor.
