Sandy Walker
Sandy Walker is the lead consultant at Routefinder Consulting Inc where she provides strategic planning services to government agencies, First Nations, and SME clients. Walker has also been in an Associate Faculty position at Royal Roads University delivering courses in strategy, leadership, and change management to MBA and MGM students. Earlier in her career, Walker was a Project Manager and Project Developer in consumer-packaged goods, energy industry, recreation, and for the federal government where she won the Parks Canada CEO’s Award of Excellence for developing new products for the mountain parks of Kootenay, Yoho, and Lake Louise (Banff National Park).
Walker earned a BA in languages from the University of Waterloo (1990) and an MBA in Executive Management (2011) with a specialization in Management Consulting from Royal Roads University.
