Tokunbo Oladokun is a Business Faculty at University Canada West’s MBA program where she teaches Ethics, CSR and Business Analysis. She specializes in cultivating creative thinking in her students so they can employ theoretical concepts effectively in diverse, everyday life scenarios.

Tokunbo is a seasoned professional with extensive industry and teaching experience. She has held various roles such as Senior Business Analyst (ERP), Enterprise Transformation at Langara College; Business Manager, Retail Banking at First Bank of Nigeria Ltd; and Part-time Lecturer in Professional Ethics at Southwestern University, Nigeria.

Her doctoral research will measure the effectiveness of corporate ethical frameworks and address the gap in the actual impact of organizational ethics practices on stakeholders. She will employ both formal and informal research methodology and techniques to appraise corporate ethical applications.

She holds a Master of Business Administration from Bangor University, United Kingdom and a Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) designation from the International Institute of Business Analysis, Canada.

She is a recipient of several awards including Distinction in Managing of Financial Institutions, Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria professional examination.
