Christian Chiari Manni

Christian Chiari Manni is a seasoned Senior Manager for a Swiss-based firm. Chiari Manni oversees the implementation, delivery and performance measurement of Learning and Development programs for global Fortune 500 corporations in the Americas—Chiari Manni’s contributions to the customer experience industry extend over a decade across diverse sectors and two continents.

Chiari Manni is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CXPA). He was honoured with the Voice of Future Leaders award by The Bank of Nova Scotia (2016). Chiari Manni’s innovative approaches to customer-centric strategies led him to participate in the North American Customers Centricity Award (2020), where he secured first place, followed by a third-place victory in the Customer Centricity Award World Series (2021). Chiari Manni has also served on the judicial panel of the Customer Centricity World Series for several years, gaining exposure to innovative and forward-thinking corporations worldwide.

Chiari Manni’s doctoral research focuses on the pivotal role of the customer experience department within small businesses in the Canadian tech sector. His studies aim to dissect the correlation between strategic investment in customer experience and the financial uplift of emerging enterprises, addressing the crucial decisions that affect resource allocation in the nascent stages of business growth.  

Chiari Manni holds a Master of Business Administration from Ivey (2024) and is pursuing a Master of Digital Product Management from Smith’s, expected in Aug 2025.
