Ahmad Jawad

Ahmad Jawad is an established member of the technology community in Alberta, Jawad is the CEO of DOCEO AI a corporation focusing on school districts and leveraging AI as a data informed decision-making tool to support student learning.  Ahmad holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta, an Executive MBA from Athabasca University, completed a Management Excellence program at Harvard Business School and an Executive Certificate in Digital Business from MIT. Ahmad is a believer in continuous learning.

Jawad is a passionate community and industry steward, committing both time and resources to supporting several not-for-profit and industry organizations. Ahmad is on the board of Technology Alberta, board member of the Computer Science Industry Advisory Board at the University of Alberta and Edmonton Regional Innovation Network steering committee. Ahmad is the co-founder and director of the Edmonton Research Park Business Consortium, promoting innovation and collaboration between companies in the Edmonton research park and larger innovation community, Jawad strongly believes in supporting a leading edge ecosystem in Alberta to make it attractive to all talents, innovators and investors throughout Canada.

My research focus is on “What is the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI), on how business strategy is influenced, implemented, and delivered? I will be focusing in certain area of operation in School districts (which can apply to any organization) such as HR, staff retention and change management.
