Christy Enebeli
Christiana Enebeli (Christy) is a Regional Procurement Manager for a Telecommunications Company in Canada. Enebeli is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with Suppliers/vendors and for managing purchasing activities for strong competitive advantage.
She has over 19 years working experience and has been instrumental in supporting complex projects to enhance competitiveness and cultivate high-quality relationships with suppliers. Her extensive experience spans procurement support for projects across diverse geographical regions such as United States of America, Canada, Nigeria, Ghana, Congo, Gambia, Malawi, Kenya, Angola, Rwanda, and Burkina Faso, contributing to a cumulative Spend Portfolio exceeding 400 million dollars. Through her career, she has led and supported teams to navigate complex negotiations, secure favorable contracts and timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
Enebeli holds hold an executive Professional Diploma in Procurement from Aalto University (2019)) and has Project Management Professional certificate (2020). She has participated in several leadership trainings such as Helping Employees Lead Program (2022), Women leadership program (2022) and Complex Adaptive Leadership program (2023).
Her doctoral research will investigate avenues for integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness and decision making with the procurement process and how AI can be used to enhance overall procurement performance. It will also address potential challenges and opportunities associated with adoption of AI technologies in procurement.
Enebeli holds a degree in Electronics and computer Engineering from Lagos State university (2004) and Master of Business Administration from University of Leicester (2014).
