Ipsita Peter
Ipsita Peter is a teaching professional whose professional journey has been marked by her commitment to continuous learning and empowering students academically and professionally. She has over 10 years of experience teaching various courses in management and business domains. Her teaching interests include Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Leadership, and Human Resources. Her experience also includes guiding students in research projects and leading capstone projects. She has also contributed to various academic committees and was involved in program and curriculum development and academic advising.
Peter’s educational background includes an MBA from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology & Sciences, India (2011) and a Bachelor of Technology from the same university (2009). She has a Post-Secondary Teaching certificate from Conestoga College (2024), which further underscores her understanding of the North American educational landscape and expertise in providing quality education. She is a Certified Carbon Literate by the Carbon Literacy Project, demonstrating her commitment to sustainability and environmental issues awareness.
Currently, she plans to expand her exposure to solving real-world business challenges and is interested in addressing the pressing issues of the current times. Peter’s doctoral research will explore the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption and implementation on professional role identity in certain professions. It will also examine professionals’ perceptions of AI applications and how employees adapt to their role identities in response to AI systems. Her research will also contribute to developing a framework for effective adoption and collaboration in managing AI-driven organizational changes.
