James Reilly

James Reilly is an Infrastructure Services Director in a large public healthcare organization, leading efforts to modernize and optimize critical IT infrastructure to enhance reliability and efficiency. Reilly believes that integrating cutting-edge technology with a people-focused approach is essential to drive operational performance and achieve scalable, sustainable solutions.

With extensive experience in IT infrastructure, Reilly has led major initiatives in infrastructure surveillance services, virtualization architecture, province-wide remote access systems, and large-scale platform engineering. Recognized for technical leadership, James has received accolades, including the Dean’s Award and Technology Achievement Award from BCIT.

His research interests focus on human-AI collaboration, performance optimization in IT infrastructure problem-solving, and the integration of AIOps solutions into complex workflows.
