Nic Dolar, MGM, CTDP, is an instructional designer concurrently supporting various industries through his consulting firm, Lautstark Ltd. He has supported five (5) service delivery centre site launches in Asia and in North America serving the global market in a 24/7 capacity.

Nic is also a Certified Training and Development Professional and a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner.

Nic’s research is investigating the job design of the knowledge worker post-COVID-19. This research aims to present data to higher management and leadership who are having challenges in adapting to a fully remote or hybrid workforce and is also aimed at new business who may want to set up a virtual workforce from inception. This research aims to provide data on the following but not limited to cost savings, carbon footprint reduction, proper personnel selection, operations, and strategy in managing and leading a virtual team considering how the working landscape has changed two years after the pandemic.

Nic holds a Masters’ Degree in Global Management from Royal Roads University (2019).
